Sue Sousa, Accounting Admin Adding Value to Enliven

Enliven Production Group welcomes Sue Sousa to the team as the Accounting Admin Assistant.

Sue has always loved to travel and knew that her career would be focused around the travel, tourism and hospitality industries. Graduating with a certificate of Travel and Tourism from the College of DuPage, Illinois, she immediately began working as a travel agent and then customer service with an airline. Relocating to Arizona provided a perfect opportunity for Sue to explore the hospitality side. Sousa spent four years at the Boulders Resort & Spa, six years at the Westin Kierland, as well as another one and half at Wyndham Phoenix working in customer service and accounts receivable/payable.

Bringing over ten years of experience, VP of Administration, Denise McElfish is optimistic that “Sue’s extensive background in various positions within several hotel accounting departments along with strong customer service skills will be a great asset to the Enliven Team!”

Living in Arizona since 1999, Sue enjoys outdoor activities such as boating, swimming and motorcycle rides with her husband of seven years and 5 year old son. She still has the thirst for travel and even with busy schedules, the Sousas make time for adventures together.

John Cafazza is New Creative for Enliven Production Group

Phoenix, AZ. Enliven Production Group continues expansion and proudly announces the addition of John Cafazza, Creative Design Technician.

“So many of our current services and future projects rely on design,” reports Ian McElfish, President of Enliven Production Group. “Finding a creative designer with sound technical skills and an innovative mind was mission-essential for us. We believe that JP will not only fulfil this position, but be a great contributor to the other growing needs of Enliven.”

Always an eye for the visually pleasing, John began his love of art and design with photography and drawing over seven years ago. Digital design was a natural transition for him, incorporating both mediums, and Photoshop became the catalyst for a college degree and career. Graduated with a Visual Arts degree from Regis University, Denver, in 2010, John has been honing his skills as a graphics technician and freelance designer since. “I’m excited to share my creative personality and techniques with the Enliven Team as well as learn and grow from their experiences,” tells John.

When John is not at his computer or out taking photographs, he is playing rugby in a men’s club league or barbecuing with friends.

Adams brings over thirteen years of strategic thinking, brand consulting and industry knowledge to Enliven Production Group, including an intimate understanding of corporate even marketing, communications, building brand recognition and sales skills. Adams started in the special events industry in the Silicon Valley as an account manager with an international event production company. Throughout her career she has worked with such recognizable companies as IBM, Monster.com, Google, NASCAR, Bayer Healthcare, Full Tilt, CISCO, Sun Microsystems and John Deere. Adams has been nominated for five Gold Key Service Awards and received a WOW! Award for Best Event Planned for a Corporation.

Growth Means New Offices, New Team Members Added

Phoenix, AZ/Las Vegas, NV. Strong growth in 2009 for Enliven Production Group means we’re busting at the seams! We’ve moved to a new location in Phoenix, and added new team members based here. Our new address in 23910 North 19th Ave., Building 2, Suite 44, Phoenix, AZ 85085. “In addition to the four new staffers we’ve added, we plan to bring on even more in the near future,” says Ian McElfish, Enliven Production Group’s president. “We have also extended our inventory to meet our clients’ growing needs. As time goes on we plan to fill our new facility with our expanding services.”

Nick Baker has joined Enliven Production Group as a lead technician. Baker is a musician and Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences graduate who has worked with local and national bands, on recordings, and has experience with live audio mixing. He’s worked on large-scale corporate events as an audio technician, lighting operator, video operator, and cameraman.

Suzi Grawburg is a production assistant who brings boundless energy and a strong background in event management to Enliven Production Group, She’s been coordinating programs in the public, non-profit and military sectors since 1998. Since graduation from Arizona State University with a B.S. in recreation and tourism management, she’s worked around the United States and Europe.

Adam Preston comes to Enliven Production Group as a project manager. He graduated from Columbia College (Chicago) with a B.A. in television production directing. His experience includes creating promos for Oprah Winfrey, NBC Sports, Kurdis Productions and others. He has worked as a technical director, videographer and photojournalist, and as a cameraman for the World Series of Poker.

Brett Beanan Joins Enliven Production Group

Phoenix, AZ/Las Vegas, NV. Enliven Production Group is pleased to announce that Brett Beanan has joined the company as the Business Development Manager. Beanan will be based in Las Vegas, concentrating on large-scale productions there and around the country.

Beanan got his start in the entertainment industry while still a child working with his uncle who produced concerts. During his 20-plus year career in production management, he has coordinated events for Fortune 500 companies and world leaders on the international stage. His reputation as the go-to person for major events , as well as those that benefit charity, is well earned. Beanan is currently that acting president of the Las Vegas Children’s Musical Theater and member of the Rotary International Club.

Enliven Adds Multi-Screen HD System

From a single screen meeting to large multi-screen sessions, Enliven Production Group’s new ScreenPro II HD video system allow our clients even greater flexibility with higher quality and reduced set up time.

Enliven’s custom configuration revolves around Barco ScreenPRO II HD technology, with out own special additions. The system accepts analog and digital video as well as full 1080p HD video, and computer graphics up to UXGA (1920×1200). The system creates seamless transitions between background images, provides for multiple picture-in-picture windows, and graphic overlays on top of video.
