Its’ American Express Meetings & Events business unit, with more than 40 years in the industry and an in-market presence in over 50 countries, offers best-in-class capabilities, from program implementation to optimization, to deliver powerful meeting experiences and helps corporate clients consistently achieve business results, maximize saving opportunities, and gain greater visibility into their meeting spend and activity.
Orchestrating the collective efforts of multiple service providers, Enliven managed and coordinated a seamless meeting program for an international audience which included full set/3-D scenic design and fabrication, general session content delivery, guest speakers, technical support, equipment and live entertainment. Program highlights: comedic host/emcee, audience interaction activities, panel discussions led by industry expert moderators, multiple recognition segments and high-energy talent performances over two days of sessions.
MedtechWomen
Founders and members of MedtechWomen are innovators from across the United States serving in various aspects of the medical technology sector, including business leaders, financial investors, researchers, physicians, and experts in new product commercialization. The growing organization offers an opportunity for innovative leaders in the sector to engage in spirited discussions regarding the rapidly-evolving industry and provides members access to an incredible group of diverse, yet like-minded people who work in healthcare, government, venture capital, technology and other related businesses.
The organization recognizes the relevancy of technology within its membership and actively contributes education and collaboration via social media platforms to the greater medtech community. Hosting its annual MedtechVision Conference, leadership wanted to bring multiple resources together in an attractive and interactive mobile app to support the live event. Our challenge: showcase the founding team and organizers, gather industry and demographic data from participants and create a branded access point to encourage on-going attendee engagement. Working collectively, we designed, tested and delivered a fully-functional, scalable mobile event solution in less than three months.

For over ten years, Enliven has been privileged to provide full event design and technical execution, set/staging, graphic design, video production, web and, most recently, mobile app support to this prestigious endeavor.
